Possibly if you use No AA and Med-Low Textures. And at 4K you won't see a difference between 4K no AA and 1080P full AA. Skyrim if you play it with no mods shouldn't have any issues but it will get increasingly harder to run with mods. And lowering the res to 1440P would obviously help improve FPS/allowing higher textures.
