Does anyone else have this glitch with Windows 7?

So every now and then it the OS will start to act funny. By this I mean I will be in Windows Explorer and every 15 seconds or so it will go back a page if I am editing the name of a file or it will act like I just hit Enter and if I have just finished naming a file it will open it for me. Does anyone get what I mean? This glitch BTW lasts about a minute at a time when it's doing it then goes away for a while

Slightly stuck Enter key maybe?
I recently had a weird issue....clicking on a link would open in a whole new tab, no matter if it was supposed to or not. Cause? Slightly stuck CTRL key.

Is it a genuine version of Windows? Also does it happen with any other browser? I have a legit copy of Win 7 Pro 64-Bit and have never had that happen. Do you keep up-to-date with Windows updates?

Erm it's not in a browser it's in Windows Explorer not Internet Explorer and it is a genuine Windows 7 yes

Try another keyboard, in case there's a stuck key is one thing I can think of. The other thing is, does it happen in 'safe mode', if not this will be fixable.
