Hello everyone :) I want to purchase a 2gb ram slot and NVIDIA GeForce GT 630 2Go for my pc. The ram is ok, I know i can add up to 6 gb untill reaches 8 (i now have just 2gb) But the graphic cards i have no knowledge of! i just saw a budget one that is the one i mentioned. I don't know wether it will work or not! Here I give you my PC configuration:

-Windows7 - Core 2 duo 2.93-2.94ghz - system 32 bits.

Thanks to anyone that is going to help me in advance, this ismy first post here and sorry for not good english, im from bosnia.

Hi bro, I already have 2gb ram. I know that my pc can support to 8 gb by when my pc reboots (it appears 4 slots as a graph and i have only one slot taken which contains 2 gb) Btw, i once upgraded to 64 bits and i didn't see much difference so i downgraded to 32 back. One more question: should i add 2gb or 4gb? im just planning to play old games.

Yes, the PC can support up to 8GB. Your 32bit OS cannot.

Bro, I can upgrade to window pro 64 bits, it's not a problem as i did it before. i just felt like my pc became slow thats why i downgraded to 32. If it depends on 64bits then i make it.

OK. Do that, and then add some RAM. Preferably the exact same make/model as what you have in there now. Or, 2 4GB sticks.

Install this, you can find your motherboard information under the "mainboard" tab.

Post back with "manufacturer" and "model"

Then people can start to help you better.

Your motherboard has 1 x PCI Express (2.0) x16 slot.

So if your power supply is strong enough you can install whatever gpu you want as long as your cpu can keep up.

What resolution is your monitor?

Brother thank you for helping me and i wish i find a solution in the end. my screen resolution is 1600 * 900. I don't really understand about "1 x PCI Express (2.0) x16 slot" also i don't know about power supply information! you can say im a 'noob' with little knowledge about these things.
