No Intel vt-x option in Gigabyte BIOS?

Hello!
I've been trying to enable vt-x on my Gigabyte H97N-WiFi motherboard, and I cannot find the option in the BIOS. It shows "Intel Virtualization Technology" as being enabled, and I know my processor supports vt-x (i5 4690), but I still get a notification from programs telling me that "intel vt-x must be enabled"
I saw on these forums that Gigabyte BIOS often has "advanced" (read: hidden) options in the BIOS that can be accessed by pressing Ctrl+F1 in BIOS, but this has had no effect on mine. What do I need to do, or does the motherboard somehow not support intel vt-x?
Happy New Year!

OK, I just ran the test. Everything passed, except for a couple of things:
Unsupported:
Front Side Bus Test
QPI Test
PCH Test
PCH Enum Test
Not Found:
IGD Detection Test
Not Tested:
Visual Graphics Test <- Probably because I'm using a graphics card, not integrated graphics?
Visual Graphics Rotation
Other than the aforementioned, everythign else had a green light

Sry for necroing the thread, but there doesn't seem to be any details elsewhere...so hopefully this will help the next person out...

My gigabyte board requires that I power the box all the way off after making changes to the virtualization settings in the bios, instead of simply saving/rebooting. Every time I didn't power cycle, vmware would complain that it wasn't enabled (even though the bios showed it enabled).
