Is this good enough to run minecraft at max settings and a 32x32 texture pack at 220-400 fps?

How will it perform with shaders?

If this is not completely optimized, what do I buy to make it more optimized?

How much fps will it run on COD:Ghosts

Dont Change the peripherals and OS, but other than that what do I need to make it better?

And also, keep a similiar price because I dont wanna go overboard

Current build: http://pcpartpicker.com/p/yMjDf7

Is this better? (to get fps)

Thank you for the help.

On my first build, it says some drive bays will not be usable. Does it mean Optical drive or hard drive/ssd?

Solution
Your current build is definitely more desirable. COD Ghost isn't even a hard game to play, the 970 will crush it. Your optical/ hdd drive bays should be fine only some of the 2.5 inch drive bays are blocked.

Also, I see you in every thread i've posted so far so thanks!

Also, someone said the motherboard and case is not good, so should I keep them or upgrade

The motherboard should be fine, people will assume it's not very good because its an h81 mobo. However you won't do any overclocking so the board will be fine. The Source 210 is regarded to be one of the better BUDGET cases. Its definitely one of the best cases in its price range.
