Which One Is Better FOR High-End Gaming, Sapphire AMD/ATI Readon R7 240 1GB DDR5 Vs. Sapphire AMD/ATI Readon R7 250 1GB DDR5 ? And also which one is More Costly ? (MRP)

The R7 250 will be better than the R7 240, but it will be slightly more expensive.
Neither are powerful enough for high-end gaming so if I were you I would save up a bit more and get a GTX 750ti or the AMD equivalent as they are much more powerful (even then you wouldn't be able to play many games on high settings).
I would definitely recommend saving up a bit more and getting this:

It's around 30 dollars more but it's definitely worth it. Aswell as that it will give you a bigger boost when playing at higher resolutions because of its 2GB VRAM over the 1GB on the R7 250.

im getting the 260x. Its a little over 100 bucks if thats in your price range and much better than those
