How to use downloaded PC save games (for Arkham Origins)

Hi,
I was wondering how to use the save game file I downloaded off the Internet. The file is titled BAO_save.rar What do I do with this file to get it to work with my copy of Arkham Origins?

Look at the file in WinRAR, without actually opening it.
