How can I make my computer go to sleep?

Hey guys, the title probably sounds pretty stupid, but my computer literally won't go to sleep. I think it's some kind of feature that's on my motherboard, but I'm not sure. I haven't had this problem until this new system, my old system never did this. After I set it to sleep, 1 sec later it comes back on, so I am forced to shut it down every night so I can actually sleep, lol. My shut down and start up sequence is fast, but I'd like to just click my mouse and it comes back on, I'm just used to that. My power settings are set to never turn off display and never sleep, but that was the same on my previous computer and it still sleeps, so I don't see why it won't work this time. Other than that, I don't know how else I can make it to go to sleep. Thanks in advance :)

Oh, and my specs are at the bottom right corner.

Oops, I forgot to mention another thing, sorry, I set it to other settings other than Never, and it still comes on.

Yeah, I think it's my motherboard or something, there is A LOT of features on it, so I wouldn't be surprised if that was it. But I'm not sure which one it is, I haven't been messing with it. Every time I set to to sleep, 1 sec later it comes back on.

Haha, yeah, probably. I'll look more into it in a bit.

Nope, don't think so, there is this click sound when it comes back on. It's like the sound of when you press a mechanical keyboard key, or like when a switch flips up or something (except for it is a bit louder), that's what it sounds like.

And I don't want it to shut down because I seem to have another problem with boot, almost every time when I turn on my PC the next day, after those 4 lights come together in the Windows loading screen, they stuck while it's coming together, so then it just freezes. Then after I shut it down again and turn it back on, I'd have to go to start-up repair, then restore and lose whatever I install, then it works normally again. So that's very annoying, I'd have to like manually create a restore point every night then :(

Well, I don't see this "PCI-Fast Ethernet Controller" part.
