I have a few questions about FX8370

Hello, so I'm going to change my CPU from the FX6350 to the FX8370. So I have so questions:

1) Is the FX8370 compatible with my Asrock Fatality 990fx Killer motherboard?
2) Will it ''bottleneck'' my Msi Gtx 970 Twin Frozr?
3) If not, is the CPU worth the money? With that I mean, am I going to get a lot more FPS since my corrent CPU is ''bottlenecking'' my GPU...

For the money I would go to the 8320 and over clock it .... To find out if your board supports the CPU go asrocks website and look up your board... You would get far better fps with a intel setup then AMD but that's the norm You shouldn't have a bottleneck with a 8320 or higher.
