Specifications:
Motherboard: ASUS M5A99FX Pro R2.0
Processor: AMD FX-6200 Zambezi 6-Core
Gfx Card: Nvidia Geforce GTX 760
Power Supply: Cool Master 600W
RAM: DDR3 8GB (4GBx2)
OS: Windows 8.1 64-bit

I've checked other posts and none seem to help with my issue.
I upgraded from a micro ATX motherboard to an ATX a week ago and whenever I start a game and play for several minutes I either get a total system reboot or the entire screen just freezes with no error message or noises at all. On top of that my Razer keyboard, mouse, and headset lights go off. I am not sure if its the motherboard, video card, processor, or PSU. I checked all the temps on my second monitor when it freezes and none of the temps get higher than 42C and my drivers are up to date.
It only crashes/freezes when I am gaming. Nothing else causes this.

Solution
I could be a PSU issue, it is possible, maybe unlikely but possible, that the new full ATX mobo uses just that much more power then the micro ATX mobo. When the computer goes into gaming mode and power is shot through the components there is a lack of said power and the computer shuts down. This would explain why it only happens when the load is beyond idle and also why the lights shut down.

I can't name any programs of the top of my head that monitor power usage but maybe you can find one. If not then try switching to low power usage profile in your BIOS. It is a 600W PSU but all components fail eventually.

Again if this doesn't work then switch back to your micro ATx mobo if you can and see if the problem persists. Let me know...

I bought a 1000W PSU the other day and it should be coming in 2 to 3 days so I will see if the PSU is the problem.
The old motherboard is in my cousins computer now so I won't be able to swap it out again. When the PSU comes I will definitely see if that's the problem since I've had it for years now.
