How can i connect 4 fans to my motherboard with only one 1 fan connector 3 pin one.

You could use something like a daisy chained Y-cable or something like this (although overkill) - http://www.swiftech.com/8-WayPWMsplitter.aspx you would be sure you won't be overloading the motherboard header due to the hub being powered via molex, the 4 pin header would also just plug into a 3 pin header on your motherboard.
