I have IPCamViewer app on my Samsung Galaxy S4 phone. Was getting pictures from all three camera's on phone until cable provider (Cox cable) installed an update modem (model DVW326). All three camera's are brocasting to pc monitor but no camera feed on phone. My IT guy is unable to correct. Need help Scottsdale, AZ..

If you were able to view the cameras outside the office when they changed the modem two things might of changed. 1st if any port forwarding that was done on the old modem for the cameras it will need to be resetup on the new modem. 2nd if you had a static IP from Cox and for some reason it changed when the new modem was installed your phone might need the new IP address. Or it can also be a combination of 1 and 2.
