Hello everyone, i need some serious help here, ive fallen into a depression!

Heres the story;

Last week i ordered an asus rog from newegg for 1400$, it was refurbished but worked very well for a few days. It came with a 7200rpm hdd with 750g of space and windows 8.

Now, i also ordered a 240g kingston ssd. I thought i cloned the hdd to the ssd, im sure i did! I managed to boot from the ssd but the computer started to act a bit weird. So, i told myself, "aha! I must wipe the hdd" so i did, then when i tried to reboot, i ended up in an endless cycle of 0xc0000225 error and restart.

When i go into the bios i see my kingston ssd. But it doesnt succesfully boot!

Now i have an optical drive, i am willing to buy a windows 8 cd for 100$ to fix this problem. Is that my only option?

Also! If i do boot from a new windows 8 cd, how will it know to use the ssd as a main os storage?

Help im so lost, i wanna game!!! :(

well to best completely wipe a hdd i use http://www.dban.org/download lots of videos on how to use it on youtube just type in dban and once you have wiped hdd just go into bios to boot priority if you are installing windows from disk make 1st boot disk drive 2nd ssd windows should show hdds to chose from at install and if you still have a windows key sticker on your pc i think you can just download windows and put it on a dvd or usb and just use your key
