Is three any way(means ANYYY way) i can open ports and forward them in wifi hotspot usng 3g

i want to play online system link on xbox 360 using LiNK (or UNITY) but it requires me to open port and forward them ,sort of stuff...... all i can find on internet is tutorials on doing it with routers.... BUT dont have a router... i just use wifi hotspot for connecting xbox to internet..... so is there any way ths is possible... i mean through softwares or vpn or any thing...

Edit: i am using samsung galaxy s3 and mobilnk 3g internet (Pakistan)

It probably depends on what device you have for a WIFI hotspot. Some (from a quick internet search) support port forwarding some don't. I also saw posts that some carriers (cellphone) won't support any remote connections because you don't really get a public IP address, just a private NAT'ed address. It will be VERY dependent on what you have for hardware and cell provider.
