So i have a 4yo pc that can barely open chrome so i was thinking instead of building a new pc from scratch i would just upgrade my old one..
My budget is (450-550$) and i cant go any higher
I currently have a (DVD drive + mouse + windows 8 + keyboard + headphones + speakers + what looks like a case)
And i have a samsung syncmaster 720N moniter and i dont know if its good or bad
