Hello I was wondering how good this build

Would be for gaming and in general. Mainly I want to know if it will run a heavily modded+enb skyrim at 60fps even in towns?
I'm going to put the gtx 970 I currently have into it when I order it.
For ref I have
Amd Phenom x6 1090t 3.2ghz
16gb ddr3 ram
(my 970)
Wondering what the fps increase would be like. (mainly in skyrim) Huge, or not. I heard Intel is like LEAGUES better, ESPECIALLY in skyrim.
