Hello,
Have you changed any settings or installed any new software recently?
Try scanning your computer with anti-virus software.
To test for overheating please download 'Speccy' which gives you information about hardware and the temperatures.
Download link: https://www.piriform.com/speccy/download/standard
If anything is above 80 celcius it is possible thermal throttling is an issue.
Also ensure any graphical drivers are up-to-date.

^ Give that a shot. Also is this FPS drop only in certain parts of the game? Where you used to get 150FPS can you still get that in the same area? WoW is extremely poorly coded, and if other games work absolutely fine it's a problem with the game itself.
