Im getting 30-50 fps playing battlefield 4 everything on ultra and with v-sinc off, and I want to know why I´m not getting +90 fps like other people with the same GPU,
My temperatures are normal I think, I used unigine heaven benchmark for like 25 min and got max Gpu temp 77c and vrm temp 86 max

got this score: http://prntscr.com/5nf69g
and a 3DMARK Fire Strike: http://www.3dmark.com/fs/3660353

What do I need to do to get 90+ fps?

My pc is :
-cpu: FX 8120 stock settings
-gpu: XFX r9 290 DD stock settings
-Ram: 16 gb at 1333 mhz
-Motherboard: Ga-990FXA-UD5 Gigabyte
-1920x1080 resolution

Solution
No, it's normal. Try out my method and report back. You can also try changing the power and temp target in msi afterburner, which should stop any throttling

Your ram is holding you back a bit; at least 1600MHz CL9 is recommended for gaming. Try playing on low settings, if your fps doesn't change then it's the cpu bottlenecking you. What is your CPU cooler? You could try overclocking a bit but that is not recommended with the amd stock cooler

Your physics score is low on fire strike. Leads me to suspect your CPU is holding GPU back. Ram shouldn't make a huge difference.

Try downloading something like hwinfo64 and using the log function to create keep track of performance. If your CPU is near 100% usage and GPU is lower CPU is the issue.

If that's the case then either upgrade, lower CPU intensive settings or overclock.

I got like 60-80% cpu usage, is dat bad?

You get blue screens because you didn't raise the voltage. Did you try playing on low settings? You can change the power limit and the temp target in MSI Afterburner, a free program you can download from the Internet.

Hwinfo should also tell you your GPU clock rate... Was it constantly high {900plus?) Or did it have drops? If it was throttling it could be your issue rather than CPU. If GPU temps are fine but its still throttling then changing power target and voltage may keep it stable as stated above.

As far as oberclocki g goes, follow a tutorial raising clocks slowly and voltage when you hit instability and remove power saving features and you'll be fine.
