1 tb hard drive,

Motherboard:msi h81m-e33
Graphics card:EVGA Geforce gtx 750 ti 2gb non superclocked version
PSU:725 Watt power supply
i would like to play gta iv
like would i be able to play with at least 25-30 fps?
And also like just cause 2 and minecraft
