When I have my fans plugged into this, there's a really high-pitch squeal or whine that comes out and is really annoying. It gets worse/more noticeable when I lower the power of the fans.

It isn't the fans because they work fine with no noise when plugged in and controlled through the mobo.

Thanks for any help!

How many fans are running off the controller and a single power lead? I'd be guessing this is a current/voltage problem more than anything else.

Does it make the same noise with just one fan plugged into the controller?

Same noise, just a little quieter ( I think). I used a rolled up paper to determine where the sound was from, it seems to be coming from the PSU. I wonder what this means.
