Is theis gpu good enough to run csgo at at least 60 fps at all times

I would recommend either a 750Ti or a 760gtx these will run csgo to the max @1080p. The only thing holding the pc back at the moment is that cpu it is very low end, If you want to max csgo at 1080p 60fps you will need a new cpu.

Yes. Buying a 760gtx though still doesnt address the very weak cpu issue which will then be the limiting factor. Its akin to buying a fast sports car and filling it with water instead of petrol. Not going to work well.
