How do I know which type of RAM/ GPU will work with my motherboard?

Looking to upgrade my PC but can't find anywhere to guarantee what will work with my board.

Motherboard: Foxconn 2ABF

Edit - this is the ram card that came with the pc

According to website it supports all sandy-bridge CPU's--> http://www.findlaptopdriver.com/specs-foxconn-2abf-motherboard-7252011h48/
And It can support all the latest GPU's. As it has PCie 2.0 X16.
