Solution
That PSU is rather low quality to begin with, and doesn't even meet the minimum requirements of your GPU without overclocking, much less when overclocked. If you are experiencing a performance issue that is leading you to feel the need to overclock, it may be likely related to the fact that your PSU is not playing ball when the GPU experiences high loads.

Your GPU calls for a MINIMUM 575w PSU and recommended minimum is 600w. Overclocked that number goes up depending on the level of overclock but I assure you it's not something you want to do and it would be a very good idea to replace it simply for normal operation. That unit is an inferior design having three 12v rails with a combined total of 504w on the 12v circuit, which is...

I would highly recommend you get a minimum of a 600w Tier 2B or higher unit as ranked on the PSU Tier list. 650w would even be better. If your CPU is also overclocked, you should remove the overclock until a suitable PSU is installed.

picked as an solution i will get corsair 1200 watt PSU after that i will ask you again
because i will buy 2 from ebay with my friend and it will take time to reach my country thx

That might be unnecessary and probably expensive beyond what you need. Also, depending on the Corsair model, not necessarily a good choice. What country are you in and what online sites do you prefer to order from. I'd be glad to recommend a couple of units that will be more than suitable for your configuration and likely cost you much less than that 1200w Corsair.

You don't need anything that big, unless you are planning to upgrade to two or three very high end GPUs in the future. Even two GTX 970's only needs 750w, and a single 970 only needs 550w. Your GTX 770 in SLI only calls for an 850w, which is probably more than it actually needs but is a good idea if you were to overclock the dual setup.

I live in dubai and have a shopandship account, and yes im planing to upgrade my pc to these this year
Asus MAXIMUS VII FORMULA
Intel Core i7-4790K
Corsair vengeance 32GB
GTX 780 Ti or GTX 980 dunno yet

i buy from ebay since they are trusted and had couple problems with amazon since they tend to sell refurbish items as new....unless you know better places to get these

The problem with ebay is getting failed hardware replaced but if you've had good success that way it's not for me to say. That being the case, I'd HIGHLY recommend an EVGA G2 or P2 series PSU. Unless the cost of shipping or the product itself is dramatically different than what you can get the Corsair for, it's almost surely a better way to go. Anything Tier 2B or higher, preferably Tier 2A or Tier 1 for an SLI configuration from the Tier list is a good choice.
