Will these psu and gpu support my pc?

So, i have finally decided to buy Antec VP450P I 450 Watts PSU and sapphire amd/ati radeon 6570 1gb ddr 3 graphic card to enhance my med. Gaming performance like bo 2,bf 3,4 etc.
Will the graphic support my pc my motherboard is lenovo l-ig41m3 v:1.1 . I have collected information that this card required pci e 2.1? I don't know about it. So how can i check my motherboard has pci e 2.1 or not? Please don't refer any sites just tell me it will support or not?
2. The psu that i have decided to buy will fit my motherboard or not? Because i don't know much about the graphic card,psu,motherboard. I am asking too much question because i am buying these all things first time! Please help me how to check my pc has pci e 2.1 or not? And these two products support my pc or not? Give me clear answer ! Please urgent!

UPDATE: My pc is Lenovo h220.
Specs are:
Intel Pentium dual core e5700@3ghz
Ram 4 gb
Graphic card dedicated intel g41 onboard.
Os- window 8.1
Motherboard mentioned above.

Yes, that will provide enough power for your setup. Your PCI-E version doesn't matter as graphics cards are backwards compatible. What CPU do you have?
