hello which i choose and why? sapphire have 1040 clock and asus 1050, but sapphire have three fan cooler and asus have two
other question..are these graphics cards compatible with asus p8 z77 m-pro motherboard

Go with the Sapphire model. Sapphire is the name to beat for AMD cards, you can never go wrong with one of their cards.
ASUS is still good, but they run warmer and had misplaced temperature probes on the Vram, resulting in false Vram temp readings.

All is compatible as well.

Can you tell us which one is cheaper and by how much?
I am asking this because I just saw their prices on pcpartpicker and the asus one is cheaper by a lot.
Also because I do not know where you live(country).
