How do I uninstall NVIDIA GPU drivers before installing new GPU?

Although you shouldn't need to it's always wisest to. If upgrading to another Nvidia card there is no need for any driver wiper nonsense, just uninstall the driver via control panel, remove the old card, install the new one, install drivers and go.
