Can a win95 n a win98 2nd edition hard drive out of old pc's:
Can the Data be revovered or recovered to use on a win 8.1 system. The Data was Coral ®Suite 7 and Suite 8 respectfully with House paint Graphics' and old family photos! If so what should I expect the cost to be for about 1.5-2 gigs or less memory out of both WD Harddrives from a Compac pc.
Thank you

PS: will ship them return postage world wide. And they have no password lock, if I recall, or just want copies of Doc. Files and Family Tree of photos.

Solution
if you just want your info the almost free way is to buy a cable kit like this and plug the drives into your new pc.

there also ide and sata encloser that you can plug the drive in and then plug it into your pc.
if a friend has old pc with ide ports you can plug the drive in then copy the data to google drive online cloud storage and then pull it back down.

This is not quite data recovery, that would be for something like a failed drive or someone formatting or deleting. Just copying files from one drive to another is something that pretty much anyone can do, just need to connect the drive to the new computer. If you really can't sort out the method in the post above, a local computer shop or some teenage kid will charge $20-100 depending on where you go.
