SanDisk Ultra Plus 256GB is the best out of the list, but the cheapest I see is $150 on Amazon. For similar performance and 50 bucks cheaper, go with MX100 or ARC100...especially since they have a new warranty that looks quite good.
I have no experience with any of those. I have stuck with Samsung for SSD's, and have had zero problems. Yes, they got a lot of publicity about the so-called slowdown bug, and I own and use the very model that was affected by this, but SSD's are so damned fast now days, that unless you were comparing before and after benchmarks, which almost none of us do, you could not tell there had been a slow down. And to answer the question, a few days after Samsung released the update to fix the problem, I installed it, on my live drive, had absolutely no problems with the update, and things are just humming along like they have since I built this computer last year.

And for the most part, I think you could probably pick any of the drives you have listed above, and use them for years without problems. Just make sure the SSD you buy can physically fit into the space your Fujitsu has for it. And I believe nearly all SSD's made in the past year will fit. But make sure ahead of time.

samsung or intel drives are the best for performance. if you have a tighter budget, i would get a crucial mx100 256 gig ssd for a 100 bucks. its a great price:performance ssd, and would be a great choice if you don't have the money to spend on a samsung or intel drive.
