Help!!! Blue Screen stops my PC to boot up!

When I turn on my PC, it just boots up for a bit then turns into blue screen. I tried safe mode, after going to safe mdoe my PC didn't even startup, instead, it went to blue screen. I tried all the processes I could do by pressing F8 but all of those options turns to blue screen.

Thanks for the answer... but I figured it out already by going to repair my computer by pressing F8 at start up then using system recovery and recovered from the oldest update I had.

And I also figured out one of those bsod when I tampered with my bios setup...
