hello there,

Im consididering building a pc with the Z97 Pro (wifi-AC) mobo, but unsure what other components to get with it,

Possibly Intel i5 4690k
Nvidia Gtx 970 unsure what brand?
corsair 600w Psu

Now im currently unsure what else to get with it?

Or can i just upgrade my ram and processor on my current pc? currently own a intel i3 2130k 3.4ghz 6gb ram!

Please help any recommendations will be greatful

Solution
if you need wifi, get a wifi adapter via PCIe. get a cheaper z97 board like the gigabyte z97x-sli or gaming 3/5. all three of these are great mobos, with sli compatibility for future upgrades.
the 4690k is a great cpu for gaming, as you dont need anything stronger then it for gaming in this price range. if you need the better multi-tasking, get the i7 4790k, which will give you hyper-threading, but nothing else.
as for the gtx 970, i like the asus strix version, which features a 0 decibels mode, which means the fan doesnt even turn on in non graphical intensive workloads, like idoling and lite games like minecraft and LoL. i know msi also has this feature, but i don't know much about that card. i know the strix is a little bit more...

That would all depend on how much money you have to spend.
Just my opinion the motherboard you are looking at is overpriced for what you get and their better boards for less money.
As for upgrading your processor and memory it really depends on the motherboard you have. (their are no i3 2130K processors just 2130)
Upgrading your processor and memory and adding a video card, power supply, and new case would be the cheapest option. The i5 3xxx series processors are close to the same performance as the i5 4xxx and for gaming their little difference.

the psu is fine for 1 gpu, but if you want to add another one later, and dont want the hassle of re-cable managmenting(if thats even a word), get a bigger (700w+) psu so you could upgrade later. also get a psu from a trusted brand. corsair makes some great ones, but theres alot of good ones like seasonic, antec, xfx and more.
Hope this helps :)

Okay they are great ideas and really helpful! Ideally probably will build a pc and sell my current one, therefore can you suggest the build as im not good at configuring components together! Plus yes wifi is the main thing ideally i want plus 4gb graphics card! As i want ultra graphics:D not potato graphics ;)

My budget is 700 but may go slightly over if necessary!

My friend is able to get giant discount on parts for me therefore i wasnt including then together should of made myself more clearer in the post. Sorry it was with them parts + 700 to make rest of the pc.

But any builds which will save me money e.g processors graphics card which can do basically the same thing as ive listed will be greatful. Parts are not problem for me to get!
Cheers for the suggestion though :)
