Will I notice a difference graphics wise?

I have just upgraded from a Intel H61 express motherboard, a Intel I5-XXXX (Sorry no idea what it is, I have a pre-built computer) and a Nvidea GTX 645. I now have a Nvidea GTX 980, a Intel I7-4790K, and a Asus Maximus VII Hero. I just need to put them in.

My question is graphics wise will I even notice a difference while playing games? I mainly play games such as arma 3, hitman absolution, Insurgency and Alien Isolation.
At the minute I can play most of them at 30 fps on around Mid-High settings but I wish to play at High-Ultra and 60 fps. Is that possible with my new rig without overclocking?
(Hope this is in the right place, I was stuck between here and components)

I agree with everyone else, this will run ANYTHING you throw at it on max settings at 60 fps, Unity, Far cry, even some horribly optimised games like the ones I have said :D excellent rig by the way
