hi guys. long time no see. im really impressed with the amount of great new mobile games being released on the google play store as well as well the latest music production software. the reason i don't give a budget is because i understand, (unless im incorrect) that even the best android hardware is still very quite affordable.
without any kind of suggestions, i was considering, one of these, http://www.minix.com.hk/Products/MINIX-NEOSeries.htm, not sure which model,

im not sure how this would be done or if i need to own a lcd tv or very new monitor. i will also be buying a new lcd monitor but thats for another thread. if i wanted to though, what would i need, and could i connect, an android mini pc to my hp2007.
from my current understanding, its a android 'stick' that connects to an lcd while an droid mini pc connects just as it would a desktop pc. so, i would be not be connecting this to my hp2007 but would connect it with lcd cables of some sort. though i only use my monitor in vga so i would need to know which monitor cables would connect the android mini pc.

i have an xbox 360 controller with usb for pc.
can you please help me choose the best most powerful android mini pc for my dedicated purposes. i would really appreciate it.
