GPU Fan is spinning but it won't show up on device manager

Hello Guys,

I am new to Tom's hardware.
I am having this problem which is the iGPU is running but the integrated GPU isn't working and it's fan is spinning.
I made the PCI express as the Primary Display adapter but still no luck.
The PC is booting fine but the integrated VGA won't show up on device manager.
Please I need help...

Just to clarify, when you say "Integrated GPU" do you mean the video card? The integrated GPU is the graphics processor on the CPU itself. The Video Card (GPU) is the large card that goes into the PCI express slot. If you want to run the monitor on the GPU, it needs to be plugged into the GPU, not the motherboard. If you plug the monitor cable into the motherboard, it will run off of the integrated GPU (the one in the CPU) and the computer will not use the GPU (the one in the PCI express slot).

Sorry about that...I mean when I plug the monitor cable to the GPU.It won't work but it works when I plug it to the iGPU.
