Freezing randomly in game / sometimes when playing video

I recently assembled a new computer due to the motherboard being faulty.
I bought a new Asus m5a97 and a fx6300 to pair with it, however I reused my graphics card
from my old build.
The graphics is an ATI Radeon 4500.
I have 4 GB of ram.
What could be the problem???

the gpu was working fine before I changed my mobo though.

since you get a new board did you made a clean reinstall of the os on the hdd with the new parts .

Yes, I reformatted my SSD and reinstalled all drivers.
My previous motherboard was A785GE and processor was AMD Phenom II x3 ii.

use this on sensor page and check temp on system idle and under load http://www.hwinfo.com/download.php and this one to read minidump files in plain text http://www.resplendence.com/whocrashed report what they found .

I will try it when it's under load soon.
However, is it normal for my GPU to be running at 60'c even though I'm not doing anything??

I got the WhoCrashed thing but I still have no idea how to use it still, as in my computer is not crashing at all,
just freezing for 1-2 seconds.. it's a straight dip to 0 fps.

you gpu at idle should not be starting at this temp check if the fan work on it and it is dust free like i said before you may have to get a new one .

I have tried under load and the GPU max temp could reach up to 89, is that normal?????

that is realy to high i would start to check for a new gpu if you dont have a onboard one in the motherboard .
