i am about to buy a i5 4460 and i found ASRock H81M-HDS Socket 1150 for slae for about 50$ as new ,, is that will be good or there is something i should know

i am planing to use the pc for gaming and i do not need an extra ram or pci slot

Solution
The i5-4460 is a "Haswell Refresh" cpu. That motherboard only supports it as of BIOS version P1.60, so unless you can confirm ahead of time that it has a new enough BIOS version, it might be safer to get an H97 board, or a non-refresh Haswell cpu such as an i5-4430 or i5-4570.
