I recently installed GTA IV for my PC again and ran it. I have also recently installed my new Nvidia EVGA Geforce GTX 970 to replace my Nvidia GTX Geforce 650 ti. I upgraded my ram to ballistix ddr3 4x2 GB cards.
Now when I launch the game it limits me to the lowest settings and I cannot make it run any bigger than the lowest settings. It defaults to them and whenever I change them it puts it back to the lowest setting possible.
This is the message I get at the bottom.
I have also experienced random blue screening with my new addition of my card with the 1033 blue screen code. I believe to have solved this problem, but I guess one problem leads to another...
Any solutions?
