Hello, Im going to get my second computer and im a gamer, to be built myself. But when it comes to budget making and compatibiliy of hardware i have that issue, would anyone help me build my copmputer? suggestions and whatnot should help!

UPDATE: Chose this build for the base!

I wanted to add more cooling, should i stick with the current cooler master fan for the processor or switch to liquid cooling? If liquid cooling, Id like a corsair liquid cooling. probably like this one
http://imgur.com/sy5tn6w if not, suggestions would work!

Also, I wanna add extra fans on the case for better cooling because this will be my last build till the next 5 years when i need to Upgrade. which one is a good extra fan for the r5 case?

Suggestions and help I greatly Appreciate!

1. Here is what you can expect from a 970 (scroll down, includes temps and everything):
http://www.anandtech.com/bench/product/1355
2. The best intel i5 processor available
3. a quality MoBo with a ton of features for cheap
4. This is probably the most popular CPU cooler on the market right now, very reliable, but don't expect to do serious OC with it
5. I didn't include an optical drive, but you can add one of your choice if you feel it's necessary
6. SeaSonic is known for manufacturing the highest quality PSUs available. The one I suggested is one of the best 500W-550W PSU you can get.
7. 840 EVO is the best price/performance SSD on the market

This is not a bad build at all. Not a huge fan of that case, but good picks for parts.

@alan Honestly, I'm not a fan of the case either but OP insisted that he wants it :p

Here are much better cases:
Enthoo Pro (king of budget cases, imo worth $160)
450D/750D
400R/500R
Arc Midi R2
R4/R5 (one of the most silent cases cuz of sound dampening foam)
if you can afford it, the 760T..

Hey prince, all of the cases will work with the build if that's what you're asking :)

The FUll-towers aren't for everyone, they are a bit big, but you have to keep in mind one thing: a case is the only thing that will truly last "forever", if you get a high quality, feature filled case, allowing for a ton of upgrades (which full tower tend to do), you will be able to reuse ur case and upgrade your build easily. Full towers also allow better air flow and is more ideal for doing SLI config imo. They usually have easier cable management too cuz of the massive amount of space. Mid tower is also a good option, but you won't be able to mount as many fans and/or radiators if you please. If I was you I'd choose either the 450D or the Enthoo Pro, but be me personally I spent a ton of time looking at cases and as SOON as I saw the Enthoo Pro I was locked in. The case is extremely high value, I wonder how they even priced it so low. The r4 is also an extremely popular value case.

Thanks for the HELP everyone! Just one final Request.
I have changed the case, to Fractal Design R5. And chose a Optical Drive, Yet i wanted to add more cooling, should i stick with the current cooler master fan for the processor or switch to liquid cooling? One of my issue with the cooler master that it kinda looks clunky!
If liquid cooling, Id like a corsair liquid cooling. probably like this one

No problem glad I could help, and great choice on the case :D
Yeah I agree I have the 212 Evo and it definitely looks absurd, I really hate the appearance of it. I'm not really knowledgeable on liquid cooling so unfortunately I cannot help you, but I do know that a lot of people use this one: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16835181032, it's probably the most popular CPU liquid cooler, maybe you can look into it and see if it's the right one for you.

As for adding extra case fans, I have two SickleFlow 120 fans in the front of my case (red LED) and they are kinda loud. It isn't overwhelmingly loud, but still it's very noticeable and may annoy some people. I wish I had gotten quieter LED fans.
Here are some good options:
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16835608026&cm_re=120mm_fans-_-35-608-026-_-Product (it looks ugly imo, but it's dead silent and offers excellent cooling)
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16835181021&cm_re=120mm_fans-_-35-181-021-_-Product
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16835181054&cm_re=120mm_fans-_-35-181-054-_-Product

All are good options, very popular fans. Read the reviews, watch some vids on them and see which you like. :)
