I have Accidentally deleted my ISO of kali after burning it to USB can I get my iso back.

The iso doesn't get used up in the process of burning it to a form of media. It should still be right where you downloaded it.

I believe IMGburn will make an ISO from a USB drive. It's free and a small download, so it won't cost you much time if it doesn't turn out to work anyway.

You can make an image of the drive.

dd if=/dev/sdb1 of=~/driveimage.IMG

Or use mkisofs
mkisofs /mnt/usbdrive/ -o ~/drive image.iso

Or just re download Kali iso from the website
