That's not the same.
Go for CCleaner. Highly recommend it. Great for cleaning out registry as well, but also has option to 0 free space or an entire drive (assuming you're not currently using that drive).

I assume you want to burn to a disk and boot from?
Sorry, I don't know any off the top of my head but you can probably find one off google that should do the trick.
