I'm using windows 7 and all of a sudden I cannot access windows explorer, control panel etc I get an explorer.exe error message.
I cannot access or uninstall certain programmes it says I am not the administrator, but I am logged in as it. I also get a windows install error.
I have used AVG, TDSKiller, system restore (although not many restore points), Malware all scanned and rebooted and still no joy. Please help.
I can access them in safe mode though.
