How can I Stop My Internet Light Going Red

My internet light on my router always goes red and i cant use it for 2-5 minutes.This is especially annoying because i play online games on my PS4 and I'm constantly being put out and having to wait 5 mins.How can i stop it

I have multiple times...I have also got a new router and got people from my ISP out to my house because they said there was a fault and there is still no solution it has been happening for at least a year now and it is really starting to piss me off now
