I'd get a H97 board and a 4590 non K, since OCing doesn't help in gaming much. That would save a bunch of money. Atleast it's not worth the stress on the PC. unless you are an enthusiast OCer, then go for it. Only thing I'd change is the Cooler. I had the H100i. Just get an air...

Atleast it's not worth the stress on the PC. unless you are an enthusiast OCer, then go for it. Only thing I'd change is the Cooler. I had the H100i. Just get an air cooler. It'll be quieter and more practical, since also the i5 4690k uses VERY little power. Any $40 air cooler would do the job, even for overclocking. And a smaller PSU. You could run 2 of thos cards with that PSU. Unless you want to do that, I'd get a 600W and save some money. With this all in mind, I'd look at a GTX 980, since you'd be saving some money.
The ram should also come in RED color, which would suit the motherboard nicer if you choose to stay with the Z97.
