Best PC to get for £300/$500

Someone has recently asked me what the best pc they can get for £300/$500. It will be mainly used for gaming and browsing the internet as well as watching videos. Could you get one with an i5? This budget is quite low so I will be surprised if someone could build me a pc for that much. By the way this is not for me, I have a custom built one :) Thanks

You definetely dont need a sound card, windows is already owned, You could add more ram but this isnt important for most situations.

The processor i chose is good enough. It doesnt compete with the i3/i5`s but it will do its job. At this price range the money should mostly be spent on a graphics card.
