This is currently my build for the PC.

My plan is basically to play GTA 5, and battle field 4 in HIGH detail. I have had some trouble regarding if I should get this

Gigabyte GeForce GTX 970 4GB WINDFORCE Video Card instead of the EVGA GeForce GTX 970 4GB Superclocked ACX 2.0 Video Card.

I want something that I can easily replace once next game generations increase, so I assume this is only regarding the video card I hope. Thank you.

Also, if this build can go cheaper without changing the CPU and keep the video card within the gtx 970 range would be nice. If not, thank you. :)

Edit: I decided to build another sort of similar build; http://pcpartpicker.com/p/bZbPhM
Do you think it's good, and a cheaper alternative? My main concern is replacing videos cards once next gen consoles shift to a stronger one, I don't want to re-build everything again. More like future proof or something like that.

if you want to cheapen down, then drop the notion of overclocking to this.

Silly question, but is the CPU cooler in there?
