I`m a little bit concerned which GPU to buy, since FTW has double BIOS and MSI lacks of this feature however EVGA has only 4 phase power delivery while MSI uses 6 phases. I`ll mod BIOS for sure because I don`t like the way nvidia boost 2.0 works. I`m going to get max stable clock which I`ll be able to achive without hitting 80-85C.
Price doesn`t matter because 50 pln won`t make a difference.
I`d like to know answers to following questions:
1. Im going to stop OCing when temperature hits 80C, will FTW`s 4 phases be able to provide enough power?
2. Which cooler is better?
3. Does modding BIOS in MSI voids warranty?
And final question which one to buy?
(3rd question is just out of curious, and I will not consider it as a factor, in case of bricking MSI card I have some old GPUs to unbrick it.)
One more thing, I`ll probably have GTX 560TI as PhysX GPU.
Case will have good enough ventilation and in the future I might consider SLI if it would be needed.

If any additional info needed just ask.
