Will two GTX 660's with an ACX cooler be deadly in an SLI configuration?

I'm currently upgrading my current cheapo motherboard and overall beginner system to a micro-atx form factor, as space will be a premium next year when I move to college and live in the dorms. I wanted to upgrade my graphics card configuration as well by adding another card in an sli configuration.

The problem is this: my current card is an EVGA GTX 660 with an ACX cooler, which is not a blower-style cooler. I did not have the foresight (or knowledge) when building my original system to future-proof it for SLI.

Will running two of these cards suffocate my system, or will the two be able to play nice without setting each other on fire?

That's another mATX case that is specifically designed to have high airflow. That said, it is smaller and more compact than what I had in the 350d, so I can't address that specific case and make any promises. It does however have a lot of room for fans by the looks of it

Cooling Top 120mm x 2 (optional)
Cooling Bottom 120mm x 2 (1 included) or 200mm x 1(optional) or 230mm x 1 (optional)
120mm x 1 (included) or 140mm x 1 (optional)

I wouldn't look to do any overclocks on the GPUs, but I think it would be ok to run with non-blower style with that case. Not ideal, but doable I believe, without thermal throttling.
