I'm just curious why would this happen? On the box and on the website its stated that in oc mode for my card GTX 760, the core clock would be 1150.I just downloaded the app after using this card for a couple of months , i used oc mode and it went up to 1202.Why is that? Also, is this safe?

I assume you have the MSI GTX 760 Gaming OC version... I had the 4GB version of this card myself btw and worked great. The 1150 MHz you speak of is the boost clock. The gaming app will apply on OC to the card that will go above this.

For example, my GTX 760 in Gaming mode would clock to 1185 MHz and in OC mode would go to 1202 such as yours. However, mine would not run stable for hours on end in OC mode.

From what I can see, there is no issue... Hope this helps.
