Right now I'm using an old pc that can only run league of legends on high, which is fairly easy. I'm looking for a build that will run games like Starcraft 2, Battlefield 4, and Far Cry 4 on high with a decent amount of fps. So if anyone can guide with getting a setup that is cost efficient that would be great! My budget is 700-1000 (it can go over, just prefer in that range). Also can anyone help me with watercooling because I plan on overclocking my cpu and gpu. Thank you for your help! :)

I know this CPU isn't an overclocker but just add another $50 for a "K" processor and an aftermarket cooler.
If you require a copy of Windows, the total price will be around $940, including the OS and the DVD optical drive.

I'd do i7baby's build but throw a couple extra hundred in for a 970, I have the Gigabyte 970 G1 Gaming and its an amazing card, and performs beyond great for the cost
