Cannot Get My NAT Open On Xbox One No Matter What I Do

I have always struggled with my NAT Type ever since I purchased my Xbox One. I would always be able to cope with it, but recently I am unable to join parties and games. This is really annoying. After some searching I found uPnP, Port Forwarding, and DMZ. I have tried every single one of these, and there are no results.
I don't think this is My ISP because I can get my Xbox One Open NAT Open, but it never stays. I do indeed have a static NAT for my Xbox. I have done everything to fix this. Reading forum after forum, restarting my router and Xbox up to 30 times a day. I have spent countless hours with Xbox Live support, and I cannot find a fix. I just need some sort of help. I am literally at a breaking point.

Need more info.

Which ISP are you with? Make and model of modem and router? Is your XBox using a wired or wireless connection?

When you say you have a static NAT for your XBox, do you mean you have set the XBox with a static IP address? Have you tried to test by temporarily connecting your XBox directly to the modem? What NAT type is being indicated?

ISP: Concept Cable(Locally Owned)
Router: I have a RTN66R Asus and a MikroTik Routerboard to covert the fiber.
Xbox is wireless
I have a static IP. I have tried automatic aswell
Yes, I have tried that
