Is a Seasonic M12II-750 EVO strong enough for a 970 superclocked graphics card?

Recently I purchased a new power supply because of the reboots I've been getting while playing new games (shadow of mordor, dragon age). I got unexpected reboots because of a power issue, checked my event viewer and the error code was 41 which meant power issue. Is a 750w power supply enough to support my parts and for it to last long?

My current specs: Intel i7 3770 quad core @ 3.4ghz
EVGA geforce gtx 970 superclocked ACX 2.0 4GB GDDR5
Gigabyte B75M-D3H mATX LGA1155 B75 DDR3 2PCI-E16 2PCI HDMI CrossFireX SATA3 USB3.0 Motherboard
Corsair Cooling Hydro Series H60 CPU Cooler System

you could run 2 970's with that power supply.

Seasonic is pure class...
